Failed to deliver Internet Order
Ordered Birthday flowers for delivery using Blooms website and PayPal. No flowers, no calls, no excuses. Not poor service but no service. Had to hassle them twice over the phone and waited 3 working days for a refund. No customer service at all from their incompetent staff. USE THEM AT YOUR PERIL.
