Best sandwiches in Durham

What a great discovery on our visit to durham to find the picnic basket,next to our hotel. Everything is fresh, which is hard to find these days, with all the fast food chains. Very friendly and fun staff.

The food here is basically sandwiches or baked potatoes!It is good food, with a very good selection of fillings, including lots for veggies!i have been concerned once or twice when i have ordered a chicken dish such as coranation chicken, that the chicken was actually Turkey!!!!!!!If it is it really doesn't bother me, but i can't see why it would be, which is why it concerned me!The staff in there are really friendly and helpful, they don't even mind when you are taking a long time to choos your filling!!!!
