Poor service

This is a one man company. I intended to use this firm to repair a georgian cabinet at my home. It took a long time to get John to come out and make the assessment. He then said that he would get the quote out to me in a few days but nothing arrived. I chased him up about 10 times over a 2 month period - each time he promised to get the quote out but he didn't send anything. I have now had to find someone else to do the work and have lost 3 months and risk losing the time period on my insurance. John does not keep his word and I couldn't recommend anyone to use his services.
