You can tell that the ppl who work in the Councils offices are educated, as they have no common sense! Pelaw Bank, Chester le Street. Why has this path not been gritted? Chester le street front st. Yes! So why don't the idots get the paths gritted where there is an incline. Fair enough, Where the path is flat the path is not such a danger. But common sense tells you that where it goes down hill it's bery dangerouse for old people!
