• Relaxed, confident and very professional

  After seeing how the NEWP exhibition stand at a wedding fayre we thought the table dressing would be very expensive. However when we met Donna (NEWP Director) she joked with us asking us to guess the total cost of the table dressing including the chair covers, sashes, floral decorations basically everything visible. Our guess was so far out, over £100 out. We couldn’t believe NEWP could produce something so stylish at such a low cost. Donna explained that they receive discounts from specially sourced suppliers but also believe in search for items in every day high street stores. We made an appointment with the following week. We appointed NEWP to create the theme for our day and evening reception. We only mentioned our venue and colour scheme which was already determined by the bridesmaids dress colour- gold. From there Donna started emailing us with images, ideas, various theme to create different atmosphere for each part of our day. NEWP were contactable, approachable and certainly entertaining, Donna brings a sense of humour that lightens the stress planning a wedding can bring. Our wedding is all that we wanted, when we walked into the venue and NEWP had been in like fairy’s and worked their magic. The room was transformed and seeing all the ideas come together was fantastic. Most importantly Donna and NEWP actually saved us money , time and a lot of hassle. Our guests still comment on how the tables were dressed, the room set and how they enjoyed the whole day. I would not hesitate to recommend NEWP to any couple getting married or planning a special day.

• Professional, but approachable

  I was initially contacted by Donna from NEWP as a potential service provider, thanks to a mutual friend. She explained the aims and objectives of the company, and it was evident from the onset, that "we sang from the same hymn sheet" so to speak ; attention to detail, working within the clients' budget , but without compromising standards, sourcing the best available products, but most importantly of all, listening to the client . All of my clients that have come as a referral from NEWP, have had nothing but praise for them. Likewise, I have referred clients to NEWP who didn't think they needed a Wedding Planner, or could possibly be within their budget. I look forward to a long and happy affiliation with NEWP.

• We saved monay using the NEWP Team

  We only had a very small budget for our wedding. When we met Donna at a wedding fayre, we really didn’t think we needed or could afford a wedding co-ordinator. Following a brief conversation we decided to take advantage of the first consultation being free. We are so pleased we did, in the following six months Donna and the team created a spectacular theme, simple yet sophisticated, elaborate yet elegant. All I can say is that our day will be remembered for the right reasons. Everything went to plan due to the attention to detail and hard work the commitment the North East Wedding Planning team put in. Our budget stretched further due to the savings the team negotiated and the suppliers that the NEWP have on file. We would recommend the North East Wedding Planning Team to anyone no matter what the budget. We Saved money buy hiring the team. Thank you again for making our day special.

• Organised - Fantastic and Helpful

  We have worked with a number of Wedding Co-ordinators/planners but the team at NE Wedding Planner certainly pay attention to detail. We knew as I company what to provide, when to provide it and all the details concerning the day 4 weeks prior to the day. A confirmation telephone call one week before the clients wedding day. We also received a thank you call the following week after the event. This was appreciated. I would recommend this company to any new bride or groom.

• Absolutely Fantastic

  All I can say is Thank you to Donna and the team. We didn’t think we could afford a Wedding Planner as our budget was so small. After meeting Donna at a Wedding Fayre and a quick chat, we realised we might be able to have the day of our dreams even on our budget. The Team created a superb white and diamond theme, simple yet effective. As Donna negotiated with all the suppliers and venue, we were able to have the little extras that finished everything off. Donna and the Team helped us think carefully about what we really wanted from the day and assisted us achieve this. We would strongly recommend the North East Wedding Planner to anyone, they are friendly, have a brilliant sense of humour and are fantastic keeping all the member of the family happy, even my new mother in law.
