About Us
Nu Health and Wellbeing is ran by Michelle Collinson (FdSc) (MIFPA) who works holistically with individuals to improve their health and quality of life. Michelle offers a range of therapies including aromatherapy, hot stones massage, reflexology and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).

Products offeredComplementary therapies can offer a way of bringing balance, health and increased energy. Michelle is a fully qualified aromatherapist and a member of the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA) and has completed a Foundation Degree in Complementary Therapies at New College, Durham and will complete a BSc (Hons) Degree in Public Health and Wellbeing in 2009. Michelle offers a wide range of therapies from aromatherapy, hot stones massage, reflexology and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and has experience of using complementary therapies in both palliative and coronary care. Michelle holds a weekly clinic in Durham.
